Nate Ferrell
Born and raised in Metamora, Michigan, Nate came from a family of entrepreneurs who taught him the value of hard work and determination. At just 15 years old he worked side by side with his father where he learned the trades. He loved not only the time spent together, but also enjoyed learning about the building process and working hands-on. At 18 years old he opened the doors to his first building and remodeling company and has not stopped since. Nate’s perfectionism and commitment to owner satisfaction has been an integral part of his success and growth. His favorite part about his work is seeing the incredible project transformation, using his creative knowledge to problem-solve, as well as building relationships with his clients who become friends. Although Nate represents over 20 years of building expertise, he has proudly built a trusted group of subcontractors who he truly enjoys working side-by-side with every day.

Kristine Ferrell
As the resident real estate specialist and interior design assistant, Kristine prides herself in customer service and quality. She studied business at Oakland University and architecture & design at Lawrence Technological University before obtaining her real estate license in 2013. Her education and industry knowledge allows her to be an integral part of 3D Building Group. She has worked side-by-side with Nate assisting with design and material selections, as well as helping clients find their perfect lot to build or ideal home to remodel. She truly enjoys having the opportunity to work next to Nate and build relationships with each client.
